Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a bcrypt-hashed password when you sign up. We never see your password.
• Verification data: the email addresses you submit, their verdicts, and timestamps — so your dashboard can show history and you can export an audit trail.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe (our payment processor). We store your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription; card numbers go to Stripe, never to us.
• Operational logs: minimal request logs (IP, endpoint, timestamp) for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging.

Why we collect it

To operate the service: run verifications, maintain your history, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. That's it.

What we never do

• We never sell your data — not your lists, not your history, not your account details.
• We never use your verification data for marketing, and we never email the addresses you verify.
• We never share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in (httpOnly, Secure, SameSite). No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics pixels.

Retention

Verification history is kept for as long as your account is active so your dashboard and exports work. Delete your account and we delete your profile, API keys, and verification history. Stripe retains billing records as required by financial law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@simplebusinesssuite.com from your account address. We'll respond within one business day.
