Email Verify ("the service"), by SimpleBusinessSuite, verifies email addresses through syntax, disposable-domain, MX-record, role-account, and live SMTP-handshake checks. We provide a web dashboard, a REST API, bulk CSV processing, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool. Verification results are opinions based on checks performed at a point in time — we do not guarantee that any address will accept mail in the future.
You need an account for paid features. You're responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for everything done with them. One account per person or organization; don't share API keys publicly.
You agree not to: (a) use the service to facilitate spam or unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR); (b) attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or other users' data; (c) resell verification results as a standalone competing service without written permission; (d) submit addresses you have no legitimate interest in verifying.
Each verification costs 1 credit. Subscription plans grant a fixed number of credits each billing period, renew monthly, and can be cancelled anytime via the billing portal in your dashboard — you keep the plan until the period ends, then move to the Free plan. One-time packs grant credits that never expire. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred between accounts.
Unused one-time pack credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase — email support@simplebusinesssuite.com. Subscription fees cover the current billing period and are non-refundable once the period's credits are granted, except where required by law.
The anonymous free tier (10 checks/day/IP) and the Free plan exist for genuine evaluation and light use. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts engaged in abusive, automated, or fraudulent consumption.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleBusinessSuite's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue from emails that bounce or fail to deliver.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
